Noticed a small puddle under my Wrangler yesterday morning, reddish fluid which I'm guessing is transmission related, but I'm not mechanically minded enough to be sure. It's not a huge leak, more like a few drops overnight, but it's new and that worries me. I asked in a group chat and got the usual mix of "it's fine just top it up" and "you're about to destroy your gearbox" so that was useless. I've been looking into professional Jeep repair in Musaffah since I'm over that side of the city fairly often, and it seems like there are a few places that actually specialise rather than just claiming to. But I don't want to walk in and get told I need a full rebuild when it's just a loose fitting or a worn seal. Has anyone dealt with a transmission leak on their Jeep before? What did it end up being and roughly what did it cost you?
